Counseling Psychologist
I am a Counseling Psychologist, Therapist, Graphologist and a NLP Practitioner. I did my Bachelors in Psychology from Mithibai College, Mumbai University and acquired a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology from SNDT University, Mumbai.
I am the head of counsellor at and a L&D at Ryan International Group of Institutions.
I have the experience with Adults, Adolescents and Children and my primary areas of expertise are Depression, Anxiety, Anger, Behavioural Modification, Motivation and Confidence building, Stress among other issues.
I have counselled more than 300 students and more than 5000 students have attended my workshop on current topics such as Social Media Usage, Exam Stress, Menstrual Hygiene, Good Touch & Bad Touch, Bullying, etc.
During this time of lockdown, I continue to have counselling sessions over the phone and video call.
